Penny Chaney

Penny Marie Chaney (Swing, Pepper) Penny, of Maryland, began her professional career at age four as a model and singer. She has studied dance and the drums, acted in several dinner theaters and clubs and entertained at Atlantic City's Steel Pier, Hershey Park in Penn., the Freedom Train at the Pentagon and for President Carter and Vice President Mondale at the Inaugural Ball. Penny has been a majorette and National Strutting Champion at AYOP and has won over 800 trophies. She is in the fourth grade at Cynthia Warner School in Tahoma Park, Maryland.
