Megan Welch

Megan Welch (Pepper) Megan has performed on TV in her native Philadelphia and appeared in USO shows and volunteer shows throughout the Philadelphia area. For six years she studied dance with Maryanne and Ruth Lamb and credits Russell Faith School of Music with the development of her voice over the last 18 months. Megan, 9, is making her theatrical debut.
