Thank you so much for your compliments! I really appreciated them. The website I write for is one that I started with some friends of mine and all of the articles are completely original (we don't stream from other sources). I wish I could write for something half as famous as the NY Times but maybe someday!
Hi old fan,
It's springtime here in Paris, it's been very sunny lately and getting warmer. I'm very busy with gigs at the moment (St Patrick's Day time!), I had two last weekend, one tomorrow and one next month. It's so nice to get paid to perform!!!
I was in Cracow 2 weekends ago for an Irish dancing competition. The next ones are Luton, England late April, Salzburg, Austria early May and Prague, Czech Republic late May.
Have you seen my photos? How do you like my new competition dress?
Hey! I Have a picture! I took this last winter at Lido Beach on the Gulf coast of FL. I wanted to put up a pic of my dog but I couldn't find one. Maybe I'll change it later. Your picture is still my favorite!!
Have a great weekend!!
Thank you so much! She is growing so fast. I wouldn't mind it if she went into show business if that is what she wanted to do. I know I will certainly raise her with an awareness and appreciation of the arts. She already loves music and picks up songs and lyrics very fast! Ut oh!
Hope your enjoying the snow. Skiing was awesome, fresh powder every single morning and two of the days were even sunny and warm. (The rest were pretty darn freezing tho). It was so much fun but it was definately nice to return to 80 degree weather here.
Are you calling into the radio thing tonight with marissa? I am. I had to convince my little sister that it would be cooler than the Jonas Brothers movie. She wanted to take her to that instead. lol.
My second choice for a career would have been pediatric nursing :) I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant (I became certified at age 16 through a program at my high school). We trained in an Assisted Living Facility, and then we got to do a co-op program at a hospital. I love working with people and helping them, but I just love animals more! I just prefer little, cute things (animals, kids) over big things (adults). Especially because little kids and animals don't swear at you :D
Thanks! (Sorry, just discovered that one can get comments. I wasn't trying to ignore you. Re: your comment about my Annie-esque avatar).
The irony (or sad part?) is that I had actually made that avatar for something else, completely unrelated to Annie, the day before I added it here, and I hadn't even realized how fitting it was for here until after I added it. (I actually do have red[dish] curly hair (and an insanely long, crooked neck. . . ), so that was originally meant to be me, within the context of talking about my neck. Heh. I probably should just pretend I meant it to be Annie all along, eh?).
I love the snow! Everything's so peaceful when covered in snow. And I got interested in Annie when I first saw the movie in like, 1995 or something. I was 5, and my 20 year old cousin had been obsessed with Annie since she was a kid, so we watched it together when it came on TV during Thanksgiving, and the rest is history. But even though I was introduced to the movie first and was very much in love with it, several years ago I saw videos of Andrea McArdle singing Tomorrow at the 1977 Tonys, and I thought to myself, "wow, now SHE is good!"

I was very lucky and had a wonderful cast of kids. There were very few kids that caused any problems. None of them had much if any experience, so they were great to work with - I miss them a lot. I can't wait to direct the show again. :)
