NICKAYLA TUCKER (July), 10, has been singing since age two. At four was a winner at the Apollo. Has appeared in commercials and "Law And Order: SVU." Regional: "Annie" (Molly); "Annie Jr." (Miss Hannigan); "Really Rosie." President of her own company, and raises funds for homeless children.
