Louanne

Louanne (Annie) Louanne captivated director Martin Charnin with her big voice, adorable personality and acting talent, all of which belied her youth. Just 9 years old she was the first chosen to understudy five of the orphans in the company and was then elevated to the starring part of Annie, her first professional stage role. Her acting credits locally have included productions of Annie Get Your Gun and The Miracle Worker. Louanne lives with her parents and three sisters in Ventura County, where she was discovered by talent scout Roy Gordon. She has appeared on television on Chuck Barris’ Rah Rah Show and Gong Show.
