I believe in the most recent US national tour, Duffy steps on Miss Hannigan's foot and Kate shoves the mouse in her face. In the 2012 revival production, Pepper shoves the mouse in Miss Hannigan's foot and may have also stepped on her foot, although I am not certain. I believe the scripts for productions of Annie (school, community, professional etc.) have Duffy stepping on Miss Hannigan's foot and Kate shoving the mouse in her face.
