Height (Sarah Jessica Parker)

Sarah Jessica Parker said she was almost 15 when she played Annie. Alison smith was measured at her audition. Anyone over 4 foot 9 was sent home. Tianna Stevens was released from contract for growing too tall. Was the height requirements loosened because she already had experience as an orphan? Do orphans move up to play Annie, or do they try out again?
